A 3ft path to and around the furnace. Move vehicles from garage,the driveway clear too.  Our van containing the vacuum will be backed up to the garage. so we can connect to the duct work. Our van could be in your driveway up to 5 hours.

Have ready a new furnace filter for our technician to install after cleaning.  We have or online store where you can purchase

INDOOR
We request the homeowner be present  Sometimes its not possible or the homeowner feels more comfortable leaving during the process, as long as we can reach you should the technician have any questions during the cleaning process.

All vents must be accessible to the technician.  Furniture covering vents only have to be moved "shoulder" weigh.

Remove “Breakables” and “irreplaceable” items out of the way of the technicians.  We strive to be very careful, but accidents do happen and we need your help to prevent any unforeseen accidents.

Please secure indoor pets that are prone to dart out of open door.

Save computers files your working on is a good idea at the time of cleaning, We do plug into your home electrically. No harm comes to your computer, we would feel bad if you lost important information. Our vacuum has trip breakers in older homes.  We plug into  (bathrooms, kitchens, washing machine plug, garages plugs) we have a three items we plug in.

At the time of cleaning your duct we request that you are not using your washing machine because we will be using the plug–in.
 
Payment is due at the time of service.  We except check, credit card or cash. The technician carries no change.

CANCELATIONS OR RESCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS
For any reason you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do not hesitate and call Du-More Home Solutions' office no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid any rescheduling fees (rescheduling fee is $65). Example an appointment is scheduled maybe a duct cleaning, That scheduling reserves you 2 to 6 hour time slot that no one else can have, with proper notification that slot can be given to another valuable customer and no rescheduling fee would apply. You can leave a message with Du-More Home Solutions day or night 24/7 at (425) 483-6088 leave your name and a brief message. We will be more that happy to reschedule your appointment at no charge.  As of August 1St, 2007 this policy became implemented.
