We will discover serous problem.Here are a few of what we come across. These pictures are of problems from frozen evaporator coils to a completely incorrectly installed coil on top of a furnace.
Leaks are commend. We use proper materials.
Even correcting the problem when the old furnace is removed. Ask your installer if they do that? Its your $$$$$
We found a system that was incorrectly installed. This was a 5ton system with a 3Ton Air conditioner! Filter was installed incorrectly. In the end they have a 95% furnace and a heat pump!
Cracked heat exchangers is not a joke. When a crack appears have it fix immediately, you might even find that there is a warranty? If not fixed carbon monoxide is leaking into your home. and the detector will not be set off.
Cleaning the main blower motor and blades is very important. Example 1/3" of dust on the blade reduces the furnace performance up to 40%! Oh yes and the dirt is being blown into your house, just say' in......
Electronic air cleaners are very affective with little static pressure build up. As the year go by you are actually saving money.
