OUT DOOR
Make sure there is access path to and around the furnace. Remove vehicles that may be in front of the heating system, the driveway also needs to be clear, the van containing the vacuum will be backed up to the garage so we can connect to the duct work. This creates a greater the suction giving you a better cleaning. The van could be parked in your driveway up to 5 hours possible.

INDOOR
We request the homeowner be present at the introduction of the cleaning process.  Sometimes its not possible or the homeowner feels more comfortable leaving during the process, that’s fine with us as long as we can reach them via cell phone should the technician have any questions during the cleaning process.

Make sure all vents are accessible to the technician.  Move furniture away from vents if blocking access.

Remove “breakables” and “irreplaceable” items out of the way of the technicians.  We strive to be very careful, but accidents do happen and we need your help to prevent any unforeseen accidents.

Please secure indoor pets that are prone to dart out of open door. in a comfortable contained space for the duration of the duct cleaning.

Backing computers files you may be working on is a good idea at the time of cleaning, because we do plug into your home electrically. This will not harm your system or home but we would feel bad if you were to lose important information you might be working on. Our high power vacuum can trip breakers that are shared in older homes.  We plug into designated plugs (bathrooms, kitchens counters, washing machine plug, garages plugs) we have a total of three items we will be using.

At the time of cleaning your duct we request that you are not using your washing machine because we will be using the plug– in.
 
Payment is due at the time of service.  We except check, credit card or cash. The technician carries no change.

CANCELATIONS OR RESCHUDULING
For any reason you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do not hesitate and call Du-More Home Solutions' office no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid any rescheduling fees (rescheduling fee is $65). Example an appointment is scheduled maybe a duct cleaning, That scheduling reserves you 2 to 6 hour time slot that no one else can have, with proper notification that slot can be given to another valuable customer and no rescheduling fee would apply.
