• Must be familiar with Thomas Guide.
• Be able to lift 50lb constantly without problem.

• Live in East Side or South Snohomish area.
• Non-Smoker.
• At least 2.5 years experience in customer service, or handyman.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills, some computer skills may be needed.
• Valid Washington Drivers license required and an excellent driving record.
• Some tools required.
• High school graduate.
• Organized, on time and responsible.
• Self starter, goal orientated.
• Live in East Side or South Snohomish area.

• Some installation of equipment required.
• Be able to lift 60lb constantly without problem.

• Valid Washington Drivers license required. Excellent driving record.
• Own tools required.
• Minimum High school graduate. Training schools a plus.
